Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site General Manager to oversee and manage daily operations at our resort in Camp Verde, AZ. As the General Manager, you will lead a team in delivering excellent customer service, manage budgets, oversee maintenance, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with company standards. You will also be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving profitability, and fostering a welcoming and exceptional resort atmosphere aligned with the company’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including experience in team supervision, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Strong organizational and operational capabilities, with an eye for detail and the ability to oversee multiple aspects of hospitality management simultaneously
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial oversight, and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience in hospitality management, property management, or a related field is highly beneficial
  • Familiarity with compliance in operational processes and maintenance standards
  • Proficiency in technology and property management software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required
