SUMMARY:
The RV Park Attendant provides exceptional guest service by assisting RV guests with check-in and check-out procedures, site assignments, guest inquiries, and general hospitality services throughout the RV Park. RV Park Attendants are expected to maintain a professional appearance, provide prompt and courteous service, and consistently create a welcoming and safe experience for all guests.
RV Park Attendants are responsible for supporting the overall cleanliness, safety, and organization of the RV Park, including monitoring grounds and common areas and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns. All duties must be performed in accordance with established property safety procedures and service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promote positive guest relations by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay.
  • Greet and assist RV Park guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately, including registration, payment processing, and site assignment.
  • Direct guests to their assigned RV sites and provide information regarding park rules, amenities, and property services.
  • Monitor RV Park occupancy and ensure all sites are properly assigned and maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and site availability.
  • Conduct routine inspections of RV Park grounds, including sites, common areas, and facilities, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with park standards.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to the appropriate supervisor immediately.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
  • Maintain RV Park grounds in a clean, orderly, and presentable condition, including litter removal, basic landscaping upkeep, and maintenance of common areas.
  • Ensure restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and other guest amenities are clean, stocked, and operational.
  • Enforce RV Park rules and policies in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with basic needs such as directions, parking information, and general assistance.
  • Monitor park areas regularly to ensure guest safety, security, and compliance with property guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns or service requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, including cleaning, reporting minor repair needs, and seasonal upkeep (e.g., snow removal, leaf cleanup).
