Job description

POSITION:    Early Childhood Family Educator & Parent Educator .2 FTE

  ***Other Community Education  positions may be available for additional hours 

 

LOCATION:    Districtwide

Tri-City United Schools serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, & Montgomery

STARTING DATE:    2026-2027 school year

SALARY RANGE:    $9,100-$15,025 based on qualifications and years of experience

Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Master Teacher Agreement

BENEFITS:    Insurance, retirement, and paid time off    

REPORTS TO:    Early Learning Coordinator

DATE OF POSTING:    April 30, 2026

LICENSURE:    MN Early Childhood Education License, Parent Education Teaching License, or similar 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

- ECFE or Parent Educator teaching experience preferred

 -Must be available for evenings and occasional weekends

 -Serve as a liaison to families in the communities through our outreach program

- Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT)

- Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery

- Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing needs that are  developmentally appropriate for children and

   their families ages 0-5
