Summary
A WellDyne Fill Technician brings creativity and courage to the Pharmacy Fulfillment Operation, as well as compassion to our patients. A Fill Technician ensure patient prescriptions are filled and prepared in an accurate and timely manner. This role is located in Englewood, Colorado.
This position is for Part Time employment only.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for filling and preparing prescription orders in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for stocking and managing the robotic counting machine.
  • Make sure fast mover medications are well stocked.
  • Responsible for keeping the pharmacy clean based on a cleaning schedule.
  • Accountable for checking expired drugs on a monthly basis.
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.
  • Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
  • Technicians will be required to assist with inventory when it is assigned.
  • Perform routine, professional pharmacy functions.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • REQUIRED: Certified Pharmacy Technician and Registered Pharmacy Technician, (Colorado) in good standing required or have a Colorado Pharmacy Tech Provisional License.
  • One year minimum of pharmacy experience strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to fill 40 prescriptions per hour.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once.
  • Ability to work in a standing environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, patiently and courteously.
  • Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments, customers, and management.
  • Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines.
  • Ability to perform repetitious work accurately.

The average pay range for this role is $21.00-$22.00 per hour.*
*Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors including location, experience, education, licenses/certifications, and other applicable qualifications.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting and standing in front of a computer. In addition, this position requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including the operation of standard computer and phone equipment. This position may be required to work long hours.
