Job description

We’re looking for Robot Operators - this is a hands-on role where you will operate robots in R&D environments. You will follow structured procedures to collect high-quality robot data. This data is foundational to creating robots that perform tasks in the wild autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Operate bimanual robots following standard operating procedures (SOPs) in R&D environments 
  • Accurately collect data consistent with a high internal quality bar
  • Maintain clear record of completed workflows and label data using internal tooling 
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines in lab setting

Qualifications

  • No prior technical experience required; must demonstrate curiosity, coachability, and consistency
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 2-3 hours consecutively
  • Requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, including the confidence to raise questions or flag inconsistencies.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to office location
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment.

Benefits & Compensation
