Get to Know Your Team:
  • Hillcrest Hospital Pryor is a 48-bed acute care hospital that provides a range of health care services to the community, including ENT, emergency services, general surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, orthopedics, podiatry, outpatient infusions, radiology, women's services, wound care, 3D mammo and more.
  • Under the supervision of the Director, the Wound Care RN performs the primary function of Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients at the Advanced Wound Center (AWC).
  • The RN will primarily provide patient care and handles intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled.
  • This position may also serve as Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup.

Job Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • ADN or BSN
  • Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire)
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
  • Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical experience

Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Wound Care Certification or experience
  • ACLS
  • PALS
