Position Details:
  • Location: BayCare Trinity Surgery Center, 2020 Trinity Oaks Blvd, New Port Richey, FL 34655
  • Status: Part-Time, 32 hrs per pay period
  • Shift: Variable

Summary:
The Ambulatory PreOp/PACU RN responsibilities include:
  • RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
  • RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
  • RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
  • RN is also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Critical Care, Endoscopy, or PreOp and PACU areas. PACU experience is strongly preferred for this role. This is a Part-Time position set to work 32 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
