With clinic locations across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, our care teams include IPS in North Carolina and Savannah Pain Management in Georgia, all operating as part of the SSJC organization. We are seeking self-motivated Registered Nurses who are passionate about transforming lives through exceptional patient care for part-time position at our Columbus clinic.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manages the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population.
Delivers patient care utilizing standardized evidence-based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies, and equipment.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, administer medications, and document all encounters and progress notes.
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Educates patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
Educates care plans, provides emotional support, and advises to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
Good standing RN License for the state of Georgia without limitations
