Aspirus Medevac in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a Paramedic to join our team!
This position is responsible for providing safe, comprehensive care to critically ill and/or injured patients of all ages. Care is provided in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transports by understanding and applying the specialized principles and techniques of transport paramedic practice, emergency procedures and diagnostics.
HOURS: Part-Time or .6 FTE, 48 hours every pay period. Varied shifts, 24-hour rotation
Experience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of emergency patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of an accredited Paramedic program.
  • Active Paramedic license/certification in the State of Wisconsin and Michigan or will obtain dual license within 120 days of hire.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification.
  • Possesses a valid Driver's license in the state of residency.
  • Current Paramedic National Registry license preferred.
  • Certified Emergency Vehicle Operations (CEVO) or Emergency Vehicle Operating Certification (EVOC) or training.
