The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!
We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC, requiring a minimum of one year of provider experience.
The salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580 annually, along with an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program.

Additionally, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

In this position, the Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals. The goal is to fulfill our mission of enhancing the lives we impact through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Masterโ€™s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
