About the Role

Staffing Care Pro is partnering with a growing home health organization to hire a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical training, compliance, and caregiver readiness. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for an RN who enjoys a structured, office-based role focused on education, onboarding, and regulatory compliance rather than direct in-home patient care.

This role plays a key part in ensuring caregivers are properly trained, compliant with State of Indiana requirements, and prepared to provide safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and document pre-employment and ongoing clinical testing, including drug screenings and TB testing (initial and annual)
  • Conduct and track random drug screenings for active staff per regulatory and company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for clinical testing, in-services, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate Core A and Core B training in compliance with Indiana regulations
  • Ensure training materials and documentation meet state and internal compliance standards
  • Provide education, guidance, and clinical support to caregivers and field staff
  • Monitor compliance timelines, proactively follow up with staff, and maintain training/testing logs
  • Partner with HR and leadership on onboarding, annual recertifications, audits, and quality assurance
  • Review documentation to identify gaps or compliance risks
  • Maintain a professional, confidential, and organized clinical training environment

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Indiana RN license
  • Strong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
