Job description

Wylander is looking to bring on a lead recruiter to their team. Wylander specializes in finding and placing top talent all across the nation. We work in industries such as restoration, construction, HVAC and flooring to name a few.

The ideal candidate has passion, purpose, and drive as it relates to helping clients find top talent for their company. This person must be very organized, have great oral and written communication, and excellent computer skills. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions. This role is responsible for all client communication in regard to the assigned requisition. This is a sub-contractor position that is available either full-time or part-time.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Generous commission structure with unlimited earning potential

  • Work from home, flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain requisitions in ATS regularly
    • This is to include adding all candidate that are sourced and applicants from job boards and keeping notes of progress on those contacts.
  • Complete intake calls with clients
  • Modify job descriptions for assigned positions, sending them to the client for approval
  • Upload all positions into assigned ATS and post on assigned job boards
  • Source candidates using all avenues provided by Wylander as well as other resources preferred by the recruiter
  • Screen candidates using the screenings templates provided by Wylander
  • Submit qualified candidates to either the chief recruiter or client along with screening notes and resume though the use of the ATS
  • Complete reference checks on candidates being considered for hire
  • Work with client in preparing an offer for the candidate. Handle any negotiations that may arise
  • Recruiter must have the ability to guide the client to ensure a successful hire. This may require the recruiter to provide best practice advice. Recruiter should send the On-boarding and Interview Tips documents to the client as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of recruiting experience a plus, willing to train
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • MUST have excellent computer skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods is a plus
