Job Title: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) (M,T, & W)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate registered nurse (RN) to join our team at our modern ambulatory surgery center. As an on-call RN, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide compassionate patient care and support • Work alongside experienced physicians and nurses to assist with procedures and treatments • Monitor patients during pre-operative and post-operative periods • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Document patient care and vital signs accurately and timely in electronic medical records • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care • Participate in continuous learning opportunities to develop clinical knowledge and skills • Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Qualifications and Skills: • Active RN license in the state of Washington • 1-2 years of experience in a surgical or acute care setting • BLS, ACLS required prior to hire and PALS certification within 90 days of hire • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to handle stressful situations and adapt to changing circumstances • Flexibility to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts.

Salary: $38.00-$42.00 hourly, depending on years of experience. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance coverage. Employee 401K plain. Paid vacation, sick, and holiday time. We consider your birthday a holiday! Bonuses may be offered as well based on performance and situations.

Schedule: 6:15 am to 6 pm. May be starting or ending shift earlier/later as worked hours vary based on the daily surgery schedule. NO HOURS ON WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND NO CALL REQUIRED EITHER!

Position Summary: RN assists in the daily clinical operations of the preop/PACU in accordance with established federal, states and accreditation standards and facility policies and procedures. Participates in direct patient care including maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment.

About our facility: Our patient population is also unique as we serve all ages from 4 months to geriatric, as long as the patient is overall healthy to have their procedure done safely here in our outpatient settings. We also offer state of the art image guidance and nerve monitoring for some surgeries that other facilities do not have that capability.
