We’re seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform client assessments on a part-time basis. If you’re passionate about senior care, have a solid clinical background, and excel at delivering personalized care, we’d love to connect with you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing Initial assessments for new clients to determine care needs.
  • Developing a professional care plan from the assessment findings
  • Performs visits and collaborate with supervising RN
  • Overseeing Home Health Aides during visits in patient's home
  • Observes infection control practices and uses standard precautions
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Thorough and timely documentation of initial and ongoing assessments and outcomes


Experience:

  • Nursing: 3 year (Preferred)
  • Patient care: 3 year (Preferred)
  • Home health care: 2 year (Preferred)


License:

  • RN (Required)
