We take great pride in going above and beyond for the older adults and families who look to our Spring Hill, TN, community for Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Senior Rehabilitation.
Part Time, Two nights a week or PRN
SUMMARY: Provide quality nursing services to meet resident needs by performing essential duties including assessments, care plans, medication administration, and staff training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Other duties as assigned.
  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor residents and ensure care compliance.
  • Assess new admissions and changes in residents' conditions.
  • Develop and monitor care plans, ensuring the highest level of resident well-being.
  • Communicate updates on care matters to residents, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Train and develop staff, providing orientation and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care, incidents, and assessments.
  • Report relevant information to the Director of Nursing and assist with survey processes.
  • Ensure safety by monitoring compliance with safety protocols and responding to emergencies.
  • Participate in quality assurance and policy development.
  • Stay current with skills and knowledge through continuing education.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises nursing staff, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and problem resolution.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate of nursing program with at least one year of related experience preferred.
  • Meets state and federal nursing requirements.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state.
