(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Long Term Care-RN - We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Our facility provides adequate time for high quality patient care.
Duties
Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide care for patients in our long term|assisted living facility.
Support patients with behavioral health needs by implementing appropriate interventions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license.
