Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in daily activities.
  • Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Initiate care plans as necessary and supervise resident care appropriately.
  • Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Position Details

Schedule: Part-Time, Saturdays from 6 AM to 6 PM

Compensation: Starting at $48 per hour, depending on experience, plus a shift differential of $2-$3*

Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the state of application.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
