Part-Time (30 hours/week) | Temp-to-Hire (90 Days)???? $40/hourAbout the RoleStaffing Care Pro is partnering with a growing home health organization to hire a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical training, compliance, and caregiver readiness. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for an RN who enjoys a structured, office-based role focused on education, onboarding, and regulatory compliance rather than direct in-home patient care.This role plays a key part in ensuring caregivers are properly trained, compliant with State of Indiana requirements, and prepared to provide safe, high-quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and document pre-employment and ongoing clinical testing, including drug screenings and TB testing (initial and annual)Conduct and track random drug screenings for active staff per regulatory and company guidelinesMaintain accurate and organized records for clinical testing, in-services, and compliance documentationCoordinate, schedule, and facilitate Core A and Core B training in compliance with Indiana regulationsEnsure training materials and documentation meet state and internal compliance standardsProvide education, guidance, and clinical support to caregivers and field staffMonitor compliance timelines, proactively follow up with staff, and maintain training/testing logsPartner with HR and leadership on onboarding, annual recertifications, audits, and quality assuranceReview documentation to identify gaps or compliance risksMaintain a professional, confidential, and organized clinical training environmentQualificationsActive, unrestricted Indiana RN licenseStrong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and teaching skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple compliance processesAbility to work independently while collaborating with HR and leadershipPreferred (Not Required)Home health, long-term care, or community-based healthcare experienceExperience administering drug screens or TB testingPrior involvement in staff training, onboarding, or educationAdditional RequirementsWillingness to obtain Core A & Core B Instructor Certification within 90 days (company-supported)Compensation & Perks$40/hourPaid holidaysSupportive leadership and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to convert to permanent employment
