LindenGrove Menomonee Falls , an Illuminus Community, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN). We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.

  • AM Shift: 6am-2:30pm
  • PM Shift: 2-10:30pm
  • $39.50-$44.75 per hour, based on experience
  • Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts
  • Eligible for Sign On Bonus!

The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Requirements:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Active CPR
  • Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
