Job Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items at Tiki fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment. This role requires consistency, speed, cleanliness, and teamwork while delivering flavorful, high-quality food that matches our coastal, tiki-inspired concept.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to our Tiki recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary supplies
  • Execute orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
  • Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Assist with prep work including cutting, marinating, breading, and batching
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature throughout service
  • Support closing and opening duties, including proper food storage and labeling
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team-first mentality
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (seafood or grill experience a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
