Job responsibilities
The cook position should understand and complete production for ala carte and banquets using standardized recipes as well as proper set up and stocking of station-based par sheets. must have a high level of skill and technique in an a la minute line production environment. must be able to read tickets clearly, produce a consistent product in a high-volume situation and any special production necessary deemed so by a supervisor.
Educational Requirements
High school education and serve safe certification a plus.
Job Related Qualifications
A working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures is mandatory as well as an understanding of proper food storage, temperature holding and sanitation.
