RIVER LANDING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PART TIME
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the operations of the River Landing Sales and Administration office and staff. This position is the first point of contact for visitors to the River Landing Sales and Administration Building. This person greets guests, answers the phone, directs callers to the appropriate departments, and provides information. They also perform administrative functions such as updating files and databases, searching records, and supporting the overall office operations of the Administration Building. This is a part-time position of approximately 25-30 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to, those listed below.
  • Maintain courteous and respectful demeanor at all times with residents, property owners, members, guests, and colleagues.
  • Answer phones, greet guests.
  • Become knowledgeable in the operations of River Landing and its employees in order to respond to and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties.
  • Update and maintain databases and office files as directed.
  • Assist with transition of paper files to electronic documents.
  • Perform administrative functions in support of the sales and administration staff, including the Property Owners Association, Architectural Standards Committee, Real Estate, Community Development, Marketing, and Sales and Events.
  • Operate personal computer and be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other software tools.
  • Assist property owners and members with various tasks, including document scanning, printing, and copying.
  • Help monitor office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with printing, folding, and cutting of marketing materials and menus.
  • Assist with mail and package deliveries.
  • Responsible for maintenance and appearance of front office/reception area.
  • Perform other duties as defined by management.
