Pay Rate

Standard Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
PLUS premiums for holidays, weekends, and evenings

Pay based on experience, qualifications, skills, and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
  • Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
  • Provide medication reminders and observe and report changes in condition
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Senior Helpers office staff
  • Accurately document care and promptly report changes or concerns
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliability, punctuality, and communication are essential
  • CNA/STNA, LPN, RN, nursing student, or relevant healthcare experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass required background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening
  • Compassion for seniors and a genuine desire to serve others
