About the Role:
T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being.
 
Supervision includes:
  • Telehealth supervision.
  • Monthly in-person visits.
  • Collaborative team support.
  • Flexible scheduling based on clinical needs.
 
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking motivated and team-oriented clinicians who:
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
  • Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses.
