Job Summary: Support customer service efforts across strategic enrollment management (SEM) which includes admissions and recruitment, financial aid and the registrar. Facilitate campus tours for prospective students, families, supporters, counselors, and community-based organizations. Represent Cal Poly at select on- and off-campus outreach and recruitment events. Staff the front desk in Mayo Hall. Answer SEM emails and phones. Complete SEM data entry/analysis and research projects. Complete on-campus errands as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Cal Poly Maritime Academy, located in Vallejo, California, is the only degree-granting maritime academy on the West Coast and a nationally recognized public maritime university on the Solano Campus of California Polytechnic State University. Job Duties:
  • Facilitate campus tours for prospective students and families/supporters as well as counselors with student groups.
  • Complete office related tasks (Staff the front desk in Mayo Hall. Answer SEM emails and phones. Complete SEM data entry/analysis and research projects. Complete on-campus errands as needed.)
  • Staff recruitment events (represent Cal Poly at select on- and off-campus outreach and recruitment events)
  • Other duties as assigned.
