Position Summary

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Market Research Assistant to support product and competitive research projects for a leading seasonal décor manufacturer. This role involves researching products, compiling data, creating Excel reports, and using AI tools to improve research efficiency and organization.

Responsibilities
  • Research products on retailer and e-commerce websites.
  • Collect and verify product information, pricing, features, and specifications.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based competitive research reports.
  • Organize product images and project files.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to assist with research and data organization.
  • Review and validate AI-generated information for accuracy.
  • Maintain organized documentation in OneDrive.
  • Communicate project progress and completed work.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in research, merchandising, e-commerce, marketing support, or a related field.
