Familiarity with industry-specific equipment or assembly-line tools is common and may be taught on the job. Reliability, patience, and the ability to maintain focus during routine tasks are valuable soft skills in this role. These competencies help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistent output in positions that require repetitive actions.
