SVC CONTRACTORS LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Estimator to support customer conversations and produce accurate project estimates that help drive sales growth.

Position Summary

The Sales/Estimator role is responsible for assisting with inbound and outbound sales efforts while preparing clear, competitive estimates for prospective projects. You will partner with internal teams to gather job details, assess scope and requirements, and translate information into pricing that supports confident customer decisions.

This part-time remote position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple estimate requests while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand project needs, timelines, and requirements, and document details for accurate estimating.

  • Prepare estimates and proposals by calculating labor, materials, and project scope based on provided information and job standards.

  • Coordinate with internal team members to confirm assumptions, clarify scope, and ensure estimates are consistent and complete.

  • Support sales efforts by maintaining organized records of customer interactions, estimate submissions, and follow-ups.
