Toland Law is an estate planning, probate, and elder law practice in Hamden, Connecticut. We are seeking a part-time Paralegal (15-20 hours per week) to support our probate and estate planning practice. This role is primarily in-office, with some flexibility for remote work once trained.
You will work directly with the attorney to:
  • prepare probate and estate planning documents
  • manage filings and deadlines
  • communicate with clients
  • keep matters moving smoothly from start to finish

This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys being part of a small, collaborative firm.
