The Online & Partnership Sales Representative is a high-impact, revenue-generating sales role focused on driving measurable growth across both B2C and B2B channels in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role owns appointment-based online bridal sales on the David's Bridal eCommerce platform while actively selling Wedding Pro and vendor partnerships through Pearl by David's.
This position is designed for a confident closer who thrives on goals, metrics, and results. Success in this role requires strong CRM expertise, disciplined KPI tracking, and the ability to move quickly from discovery to close across multiple sales motions. The ideal candidate is self-directed, highly accountable, and energized by exceeding targets.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence, travel, and the ability to flex into expanded B2B sales opportunities as the business scales.
Core Responsibilities
Wedding Pro & Vendor Sales (B2B)
  • Drive subscription revenue growth for the Pearl by David's wedding pro and vendor platform through strategic outbound and consultative selling.
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close new wedding professional and vendor partnerships.
  • Build, manage, and consistently advance a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Represent the Pearl brand at trade shows, bridal events, and industry activations to generate high-quality leads and convert opportunities.
  • Lead seamless onboarding and activation, ensuring partners launch quickly and begin generating value immediately.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting within CRM systems.
  • Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, conversion rate, pipeline velocity, and partner retention.

Wholesale Selling:
  • Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals by prospecting, opening, and converting independent bridal boutiques within assigned markets
  • Maintain and grow active wholesale accounts, managing ongoing relationships, reorders, assortment expansion, and repeat business
  • Introduce Pearl by David's brands and sample placement programs to new boutiques, ensuring clear expectations and conversion timelines
  • Monitor performance of boutiques, tracking try-ons, appointments, sales activity, and following up to drive conversion into paid orders
  • Execute in-market selling activity, including scheduled calls, follow-ups, and in-store or virtual visits to support accounts and close business
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipelines, tracking activity, revenue, conversions, and pro

Appointment-Based Stylist Sales (B2C)
  • Own and execute virtual personal styling appointments, converting consultations into revenue.
  • Control the full sales cycle-from discovery to close-using proven 5-Star selling techniques.
  • Strategically upsell products, accessories, and add-ons to increase average order value.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs, including conversion rate, revenue, and close rate.

Performance & Sales Accountability
  • Own personal revenue targets across B2C and B2B channels with full accountability.
  • Leverage dashboards, reports, and coaching to continuously optimize selling performance.
  • Demonstrate confidence in objection handling, negotiation, and closing conversations.
  • Operate with urgency, discipline, and consistency in a quota-driven environment.

Cross-Functional & Growth Support
  • Partner cross-functionally to support enterprise sales initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to support onsite selling, vendor activations, and revenue-driving events.

Team & Operational Excellence
  • Engage in ongoing sales training and performance coaching.
  • Execute with precision across scheduling, reporting, and time management.
  • Contribute to a competitive, results-focused sales culture.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in sales, retail, B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Some travel required
