About Brighter Day Services Brighter Day Services is a fast-growing professional cleaning and multi-line services company operating across Maryland. We are in an aggressive growth phase, expanding our residential, commercial, and specialty service divisions across multiple regions. We are building a brand that stands for excellence, reliability, and community and we need a creative, driven marketing professional to help us grow our presence and tell our story.

Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Brand Associate to own our digital presence and support brand growth as we scale across Maryland. This is a part-time role with real ownership and direct visibility with company leadership. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram and Facebook
  • Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva
  • Manage and maintain our Google Business profile
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms
  • Research local marketing opportunities, community events, and partnership possibilities
  • Track and report weekly social media metrics and campaign performance to leadership
  • Support the development of marketing materials for new service launches and regional expansion

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (or equivalent education)
  • Proficiency in Canva (required)
  • Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
