Despite working remotely and part-time, they are expected to maintain regular check-ins, respond promptly to requests, and keep all parties updated on case progress. Effective virtual collaboration is essential for managing deadlines, coordinating casework, and ensuring that attorneys have the necessary support. Familiarity with legal software and strong organizational skills help remote legal assistants stay integrated with the team and contribute efficiently.
