Job description
The Human Resources department at Children's partners with the employees and the managerial staff to provide services such as recruitment and staffing, employee services (benefit, compensation, retirement, and payroll processing), labor relations, HRIS program development and implementation, and organizational development.
Position Summary Assists in the development, implementation, and administration of market competitive compensation programs. Implements and administers organization reward and recognition programs. Responsible for the administration of defined annual and ongoing compensation processes including annual merit cycle, salary survey participation, market competitiveness analysis, and the administration and maintenance of survey management database software. This position will also support organization-wide compensation initiatives and provide training and guidance to managers and the broader Human Resource team regarding defined compensation principles, practices, and programs. Completes assessments to ensure market alignment and compliance of compensation programs. Location (e.g. remote or on-site): Remote DHS Background Study Required? No License/Certification/Registration required? No Education: *Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience Experience: *2-4 years' experience in compensation analysis or related field Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Strong analytical and quantitative skills *Proficiency in compensation software and Human Resources Information Systems *Excellent communication and presentation skills *Ability to handle confidential information with discretion *Strong attention to detail and organizational skills *Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel *Understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methods, and relevant laws and regulations Physical Demands Please click here to view the Physical Demands The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee's scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard.
