As a Reservations Representative at JSX, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class service to our Customers. Whether you're assisting with flight reservations, responding to inquiries, or resolving concerns, your professionalism and product knowledge ensure every Customer feels supported and appreciated. What Makes a Successful Reservations Representative?

Required Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Support or Contact Center environment.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong working knowledge of software applications used in customer support/reservations (or similar).
  • Proficient in keyboarding and multitasking in real time.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be willing to travel to Dallas, Texas for training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, mid-days, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
  • Associate's degree (or similar).

Preferred:

  • Customer Support within the Travel/Aviation Industry.
  • Current residents of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex or Rapid City, SD highly preferred.
