  • Receive pay for training, orientation, administrative time, and no shows
  • Annual earning potential: $37,000-$86,000
  • Benefits: PTO accrual and 401 (k) with employer match
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and company-provided malpractice insurance
  • Streamlined telehealth workflows and modern technology platforms designed to reduce administrative burden
  • Collaborative care environment with Psychiatrists, APPs, and fellow Therapists
  • Dedicated patient acquisition and administrative support to maintain consistent caseloads; includes credentialing, intake, scheduling, billing, and marketing.

Why Join Mindpath Health?

At Mindpath Health, we believe therapists deliver their best care when they are supported by strong infrastructure, flexible scheduling, and collaborative clinical teams. Our part-time remote therapy model is designed to offer W2 benefits and allow clinicians the flexibility they're looking for, combined with the stability, operational support, and clinical collaboration of an established national practice.

Apply today to join Mindpath Health as a Part-Time Remote Therapist.
