You'll introduce schools, nonprofits, workforce development organizations, and other youth-serving agencies to Real World Leaders—a nonprofit that helps students and young adults discover their natural talents by connecting them with CEOs, hiring managers, and business leaders.

Much of your day will involve reaching out to organizations that have never heard of us before. Not with a hard sell, but with genuine curiosity, confidence, and a belief that what we offer can change lives.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role isn't measured by how many calls you make. It's measured by the relationships you build and the opportunities you create.

You'll help us:

• Introduce Real World Leaders to schools, nonprofits, workforce development programs, and community organizations throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
• Open doors with organizational leaders who are passionate about helping young people succeed.
• Build a steady pipeline of new community partners who provide cohorts of students and young adults for our programs.
• Help partner organizations recognize the value of introducing their participants to CEOs, hiring managers, and business professionals.
• Turn first conversations into long-term partnerships built on trust.
• Create an outstanding experience that makes organizations excited to participate again and refer others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Research and identify prospective partner organizations
• Schedule introductory meetings and partnership conversations
• Build relationships with school administrators, nonprofit leaders, workforce development professionals, and community organizations
• Maintain ongoing communication with partner organizations
• Track outreach activity and partnership progress
• Coordinate scheduling for participating student and young adult groups
• Support partnership growth through thoughtful follow-up and relationship management

Qualifications

We're less interested in finding someone with the "perfect" résumé than someone with the right instincts.

Experience in community outreach, partnership development, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, education, admissions, recruiting, business development, workforce development, or relationship management is especially valuable.

Compensation & Details

Part-Time | Remote

Compensation: $25/hour, with performance bonuses up to $40/hour

Requirements

• Five (5) or more years demonstrating increasing responsibility with one employer required
• Personal computer with camera and reliable high-speed internet
• Professional phone presence and strong written communication skills
