Location:Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid - primarily remote)

Pay:$19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Seasonal Term:August through March

Work Schedule:

  • Approximately 2 hours per day (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM preferred window)

  • Work mustgenerally beperformed within thistimeframe

  • Peak periods may requireadditionalhours

  • Primarily remote with occasional in-office presence


Job Summary:
Performs a variety of routine clerical and accounting functions. Supports accounts receivable processes with a focus on cash receipts.This position is part of the Crop Division accounting team, supporting daily operations within the company's largest business division.

This is a seasonal, part-time role averaging approximately 2 hours per weekday during standard business hours.
Essential Job Functionsand Responsibilities

  • Process and apply cash receipts accuratelyandtimely

  • Take customer payments over the phone and ensure proper application anddocumentation

  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve payment-related items

  • Respond tocustomer,agency, and internal inquiries related to payments and accounts via email and phone

  • Assistwith other tasks as needed during peak periods
