$40,010.00 annualized ($19.24 hourly)

CLOSING DATE:

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:
This position is eligible for an employee referral incentive payment of $1,000.00 (conditions apply).

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for administrative work associated with the Foster Care Review Board Program (FCRB).

Essential functions of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Primary contact for incoming calls from interested parties with questions regarding cases being reviewed.
  • Process paper and electronically received mail from various sources of which some are encrypted and require password verification.
  • Register children and open cases for review; create electronic files and upload documentation.
  • Distribute recommendation reports to the Court and interested parties.
  • Assist program specialists to ensure successful facilitation of FCRB reviews.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and three years administrative experience. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization, and detail orientation. This position also requires the ability to maintain accurate administrative files, confidentiality, cover phone and reception duties, including screening and accurately routing incoming phone calls, and be responsive to last-minute staff requests.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Only applicants whose backgrounds most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to interview. Requests for a special accommodation to participate in the interview process should be made at the time you are contacted to schedule an interview. The selection process may include computer testing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, proofreading, typing, etc.) and first and/or second round panel interviews. This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position.
