• Provide high-quality counseling services to low-acuity clients seeking assistance for a variety of mental and emotional health issues.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach in your sessions, assisting clients in defining their goals, developing actionable plans, and gaining critical insights into their situations.
• Encourage open communication, helping clients articulate their feelings and discuss their life experiences to foster emotional understanding.
• Assess clients’ needs through thoughtful conversation and observation, identifying potential issues and guiding them toward effective treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with administrative staff to ensure the smooth running of your practice, allowing you to focus solely on your clients.

Your primary focus will be on stable clients who are experiencing low to moderate levels of psychological distress. These individuals have been screened to ensure suitability for counseling within a telehealth framework. By providing care to this demographic, you will be instrumental in fostering mental wellness and preventive health practices.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.
• An active, independent state license, such as LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, is required.
• Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills with a compassionate understanding of client needs.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in utilizing telehealth software and other relevant platforms.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic techniques.
• A background in administrative processes related to mental health care, including billing and client management.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked. Additional benefits include:
