Enrollment Specialist / Appointment Setter - Health & Wellness

Nina Ross Functional Medicine

Sandy Springs, GA • On-site, Remote

$26/hr

Part-time

Posted 4 days ago

Job description

Remote, US-based 30 hrs/week to start, path to full-time $26/hr base + $10 per booked evaluation Hours within 9am-6pm US Eastern, Mon-Fri
Who We Are:
Nina Ross Health Group is a doctor-led family of holistic-based health and wellness practices based in Atlanta. Our clinics help people find the root cause of what's going on with their health and their hair instead of just managing symptoms.
The people who reach out to us have usually been at this a while. Many have seen multiple doctors, been told their labs look "normal," and still feel off. Some have watched their hair change for years without a real answer. By the time they request a call with us, they have questions. Real ones.
Your job is to be the first human they talk to.
The Role:
Visitors on our websites can request a call before booking anything. You take those calls - scheduled Google Meet video calls, camera on - and you:
  • Record a quick personal welcome video (30 seconds, from your phone) to each person who books a call with you - so they've already met you before the call starts. Sent via our CRM not your personal phone.
  • On the call welcome them, do a quick presentation about us and warmly answer their questions about how our process works
  • Listen for whether we're actually a good fit for what they need
  • Book qualified callers into a $99 evaluation with our clinical team (payment is collected at booking through our scheduler)
  • Follow up by email and text with people who need more time, and reschedule no-shows
  • Log every conversation in our CRM and tell us what you're hearing so we can keep improving

This is 100% inbound. Zero cold calling. Every person you talk to asked to talk to us.
This is a non-clinical position. You will never give medical advice, interpret symptoms, or tell someone whether our program can fix their specific condition. When a caller starts going deep on their health history, your move is empathy plus a handoff - that conversation belongs in their evaluation with the clinical team.
We'll train you on exactly how to do this. You'll have scripts, an FAQ library, and a full education pack on our services.
Requirements
You're probably a fit if
  • You're warm on camera and people relax when they talk to you
  • You sell by guiding, not pressuring; and you're comfortable letting a bad-fit lead walk
  • You've done enrollment, appointment setting, patient coordination, admissions, or high-ticket setting (health and wellness experience is a big plus)
  • Your spoken English is clear and confident
  • You have a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a good webcam
  • You can reliably work 30 hours/week inside 9am-6pm US Eastern, Monday-Friday

Compensation
  • Base: $26/hour
  • Bonus: $10 for every evaluation booked and paid
  • Call expectation will be in the range of 3-5 daily starting out but this is subject to change as demand grows.

What happens after you apply
The application takes about two minutes. From there, the process is quick and transparent:
  1. Paper review - if you're a fit, you'll hear from us within 2 business days
  2. A short video step - fair warning: it involves your camera. This is a video-call role, after all
  3. A live video interview - on Google Meet, exactly like the calls you'd be taking
  4. A paid working session - a few practice calls so we can see you in action, and you can see us

We respond to everyone who completes each step.
