About the Department - 3 East Surgical

Baylor Scott & White Health - College Station is seeking a Registered Nurse to join 3 East, our Surgical Unit, caring for a diverse adult surgical patient population. The unit provides care for patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures and specializes in Bariatrics, Joint procedures, Laminectomies, GYN, Plastics, and other surgical services.

  • Department: 3 East Surgical
  • Status: Part Time
  • Schedule: Part Time
  • Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Scheduling: Self-scheduling

As a Registered Nurse on 3 East, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative patients throughout their surgical recovery. This includes performing assessments, monitoring for changes in patient condition, managing pain and medications, assisting with mobility and recovery, providing patient and family education, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
