Job Requirements

General Summary:


Under frequent supervision, performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties on the patient care unit to assist the care team

members in transcribing and communicating physicians' orders and to maintain the efficiency of the unit. Serves as a liaison between

the patient and members of the patient care and support teams.


Work Experience

Qualifications:


High School diploma/GED required. Previous experience in a hospital or health care facility with knowledge of medical terminology

preferred. Basic computer and keyboarding skills required.
