Responsibilities

Hours:

Must be able to work Saturdays (730a-5p)

Monday - Thursday 4p-8p

  • Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) using dealership software

  • Accurately calculate bills, make change, and issue receipts

  • End of day reconciliation 
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with professionalism, referring issues when necessary

Requirements
  • Previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
