Position: Part-Time Receptionist

The first point of contact for visitors and guests. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, professional demeanor and organizational abilities. In addition to greeting guests, the Receptionist supports the facility’s administrative functions, and more.

  • 4pm - 8pm, Weekends (8am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm)
  • 20 hours per week
  • Holidays are mandatory

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate multi-line phone and paging systems, efficiently routing calls to the appropriate party.
  • Handle sensitive information regarding residents and facility matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer service experience
  • Great communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
