Now hiring Material Handlers in Reno, Nevada for full-time first and second shift opportunities starting at $19.00/hour, with up to $21.50/hour available depending on shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with overtime potential, occasional free lunches, and a chance to build hands-on warehouse and production experience with IGT.

About the Role
As a warehouse associate, you’ll help move raw materials, parts, and equipment throughout the facility while supporting warehouse, production, receiving, shipping, and inventory functions. This role is ideal for someone who can work safely, stay active throughout the shift, and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Pay Rate: 

  • $19.00 /hour starting pay for first shift. 
  • $21.00/hour starting pay for second shift. 


Available Shift Times

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM


Key Responsibilities

  • Move materials and parts using handheld tools, machinery, and equipment
  • Support receiving, shipping, production support, and inventory restocking
  • Pick parts accurately in a deadline-driven environment
  • Maintain stock in work areas and help ensure inventory accuracy
  • Use computers and basic systems to document workflows and job activity
  • Follow manufacturing and safety procedures at all times
  • Assist in multiple warehouse or production areas as needed


Key Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more regularly
  • Ability to stand for a full shift
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using computers, hand tools, and power tools
  • Able to interpret and follow manufacturing instructions
  • Must be able to pass a security background investigation
  • Must wear steel toe boots
  • Weekend and overtime availability may be REQUIRED
