Job description

Real Estate Agent – Elite Team (High-Opportunity, High-Standards)

This is not a hobby. This is not part-time. This is not a “see how it goes” role.

The Elite Team is a rapidly scaling, performance-driven real estate team built for agents who want leverage, momentum, and a real business. We’ve doubled in size almost every year, generate 700+ leads per month, and have built the systems, coaching, and infrastructure most agents spend years trying to duct-tape together.

If you’re licensed, hungry, and tired of guessing what to do next, keep reading.

If you want comfort, predictability, or guaranteed income, this will not be a fit.

The Opportunity
This role is designed for licensed real estate agents who want to:

  • Plug into a proven platform instead of starting from scratch

  • Get in front of buyers and sellers quickly

  • Be coached hard and supported well

  • Grow inside a tiered system with real upward mobility

We provide the scaffolding. You bring the work ethic.

Agents on our team regularly:

  • Get a contract pending within 30–60 days

  • Earn anywhere from $50,000 to $500,000+ depending on skill and effort

  • See top performers exceed $500,000 annually

  • Build a career that compounds instead of resets every year

This is a true sales-only role with upside potential.

What Makes Elite Team Different

  • Massive lead flow to help jumpstart production

  • Tiered growth paths (Gold - Black - Platinum) with increasing opportunity and rewards

  • High-level coaching and training twice weekly

  • Full in-person onboarding (one week)

  • Inside Sales team

  • Transaction coordination included (list to contract and contract to close)

  • In-house marketing

  • Admin support

  • Follow Up Boss CRM, Shilo, Ruuster, Custom Dashboard reporting for your business

  • Personal brand preserved

  • You get MLS credit, social credit, and keep your identity while being part of a mega-team

You don’t disappear into a logo. You grow with support.

The Reality (Read This Carefully)

A typical week includes:

  • Business planning and strategy

  • Multiple team meetings (training, coaching, accountability)

  • Buyer and seller appointments

  • Showings, tours, and shadowing opportunities

  • Prospecting and follow-up

Evenings and weekends are part of the job, especially early on. As production increases, agents earn more control over their schedule. At the beginning, momentum comes first.

This is real estate. It’s also demanding.

Non-Negotiables (Do Not Apply If…)

  • You want part-time or flexible availability

  • You are unwilling to prospect

  • You dislike accountability

  • You resist coaching or feedback

  • You expect instant income without delayed gratification

Agents who flame out here usually come in with the wrong expectations. We are upfront, so no one wastes time.

Who Thrives Here

We are looking for agents who are:

  • Coachable

  • Gritty and hungry

  • High-urgency

  • Comfortable with rejection

  • Motivated by growth, not comfort

Experience level matters less than attitude and output.

Compensation & Costs (Transparency Matters)

  • Tiered compensation structure with clear upward pathways

  • Monthly team dues: $110

  • One-time onboarding fee: $110

  • REALTOR board dues: approximately $500–$600 annually

  • New agents should be financially prepared for 30–60 days without commission

There is a clear path to listings, leadership (Platinum tier), expansion, and higher splits over time.

The Application Process

This is a selective process by design.

Expect questions that test:

  • Work ethic

  • Schedule reality

  • Resilience

  • Coachability

  • Long-term intent

We are building a long-term bench, not filling seats.

Final Note

If you want to be part of something bigger without losing yourself, and you’re willing to work before you win, this may be the best career move you make.

If not, that’s fine too. Just don’t apply.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $500,000

Responsibilities:
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

Qualifications:
  • Technology driven
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
