Part Time Real Estate Data Analyst information

What does a part time real estate data analyst do?

A Part Time Real Estate Data Analyst collects, processes, and interprets data related to real estate markets, property values, trends, and investments. They typically use statistical tools and software to analyze datasets and generate reports that help real estate companies, investors, or agencies make informed decisions. Because the role is part-time, analysts may work flexible hours, often focusing on specific projects or ongoing data monitoring. Their insights can influence pricing strategies, property acquisitions, and market forecasts.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a part time real estate data analyst, and why are they important?

A Part Time Real Estate Data Analyst should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation, and a background in finance, statistics, or business, often supported by a relevant degree or coursework. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and real estate databases like CoStar or MLS is typically required. Attention to detail, time management, and effective communication are important soft skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams. These abilities ensure accurate market analysis, efficient reporting, and valuable support for real estate decision-making in a dynamic environment.

How does a part time real estate data analyst typically collaborate with other team members and departments?

As a part-time real estate data analyst, you will frequently work with property managers, leasing agents, and the finance department to gather and interpret data. Although your hours may be limited, regular communication—often via email, remote meetings, or shared dashboards—is essential to ensure your analyses align with team goals. You might also support marketing teams by providing insights on market trends or customer preferences. Strong collaboration skills and proactive updates help keep projects moving smoothly, even when working on a part-time schedule.

How to become a part time real estate data analyst?

To become a part-time real estate data analyst, you typically need a background in data analysis, statistics, or real estate, along with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software. Gaining relevant experience through internships or entry-level roles and obtaining certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) can enhance your qualifications. Flexibility in scheduling and strong analytical skills are important for part-time positions.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Winans is in growth mode and looking for a dynamic, driven recruiter to help us expand our presence in North Texas. With thousands of agents in the market and unlimited earning potential, this is a rare opportunity to take on an exciting role in a thriving brokerage.

If you have a passion for real estate, recruiting, and building relationships—or if you are simply a people-person with the gift of gab—this could be the perfect fit.

Who We Are

For over 40 years, BHGRE Winans has been a leader in North Texas real estate. We are a locally and family-owned brokerage, known for innovation, a strong company culture, and a commitment to agent success. We leverage multiple technology platforms to assist in agent recruitment and are looking for a recruiter who can not only utilize these tools but also bring new ideas and recommend additional programs or processes to drive results.

What You'll Do

  • Prospecting and out-reach: Proactively reach out to real estate agents through cold calls, video texts, email campaigns and more.
  • Identify the ideal candidates and book interviews between the candidate and one of our managers.
  • Work closely alongside company leadership to understand the brokerage's vision and culture so you can communicate our value proposition to potential Realtors
  • Track your booked interviews and hires
  • Play an important role in the onboarding process to make sure agents you hire are being well taken care of and are happy.

Who You Are

  • A Natural Networker – You love talking to people, building connections, and creating opportunities.
  • Experienced in Recruiting or Real Estate – Prior experience in real estate or recruiting is a plus, but strong interpersonal skills and a sales mindset are just as important.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You are driven by results and excited by the idea of unlimited income potential, even in this part-time capacity.
  • Comfortable with Video & Cold Outreach – You are confident in making calls and using video messages to engage potential recruits.
