Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis Virginia (ABBAVA) is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA therapy company serving families throughout Virginia Beach, Norfolk, & Chesapeake. We are currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with immediate clients available and full-time hours ready to start.


Our team focuses on consistent schedules, strong BCBA support, and a positive work culture so our therapists can focus on providing meaningful, high-quality services. We work to maintain stable schedules and consistent caseloads for our therapists whenever possible.


At ABBAVA, you will work closely with experienced BCBAs and a collaborative team dedicated to helping both our clients and our staff succeed.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history
  • L2 background check
  • I9 and W4 updated forms
  • Maintain RBT certification
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
  • Basic Life Support CPR/AED training provided by the agency and renew certifications as needed
  • Receive Ongoing Supervision
  • Adhere to BACB Ethics
