Job Summary:

EzCare ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about helping children grow, learn, and succeed. As an RBT at EzCare ABA, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $25- $32/hour
Job Type: Part-Time Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability and client schedule
Location: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk & Hampton

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Available Schedules:

Virginia Beach: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 5:30 PM-7:30 PM & Saturday | 4-hour session between 11:00 AM-5:00 PM
Suffolk: Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-6:30 PM with Every Other Saturday | 3-hour session
Norfolk: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM-6:00 PM
Hampton: Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-6:30 PM OR 5:00 PM-7:00 PM
