About the Role
Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
ABA Group Home Opportunity!
Join the Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company team bu providing meaningful behavioral support to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. In this role, you will work directly with clients in their group home environment, helping them build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills while implementing individualized ABA strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.
What you'll do:
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support and implement ABA-based interventions for school aged learners! (Ages 4-18 years old)
  • Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collect and document behavioral data and client progress
  • Support positive behavior and skill development
  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other members of the care team
  • Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients

Schedule:
Group home shifts are after school hours and some Saturdays.
Ideal candidate:
We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Previous ABA or CBT/RBT experience is a plus, but we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and willing to complete the required training and certification.
