Job description

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old (typically towards the younger range).

We Offer:

• No RBT? $19-21

• Obtained your RBT? Start between $20-$22 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $28.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT with additional pay raises

• Pay based on experience, education, and performance
